Farmers' Markets

We love our farmers' markets, and we know you do too. All the driving, packing, unloading, and setting up is more than worth it. For us, it's a lot of work, but at the end of the day, there's no question we'll always come back for more.Chris selling tomatoes at Green City Market in Chicago
This year, thanks to some new employees, we were able to do nearly every market day we signed up for, even that day Chicago got 10 inches of rain (when I saw the sewers overflowing at 5am, I knew it was going to be a long one). The crowds were definitely lighter, but it was wonderful to see all of our loyal customers happily trodding through the mud in rubber boots and raincoats for a chance to get some fresh tomatoes.

And next year, we'll be doing a bunch more - as many as we can or as many as they let us. We're hoping to get into the prestigious and fabulous Evanston farmers' market, as well as a number of other Chicago markets, both public and private, such as Logan Square, Federal Plaza, Lincoln Square, and a few others yet.
