The best way to keep the summer season going all year long is to take some time toward the end of the season to can the bounty. These jars are filled with tomatoes that were cut open, sprinkled with salt, then roasted at high heat -- bringing out the rich sweetness of the fruit and allowing them to last all year long. A staple of our Winter share.
Thick and hearty, many say our spinach is the best they've ever had. We grow it throughout the cooler parts of the year (even through Winter in our hoop houses!), and it's a staple of our CSA.
