Strawberry/Raspberry Preserves

Organic Strawberries, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Organic Raspberries, Pectin.

Our Strawberry-Raspberry preserves mix the early summer sweetness of our June-picked strawberries with the September tang of raspberries. As with all our preserves, we have two parts fruit to one part sugar - half the sugar and twice the flavor as many on-the-shelf preserves in the store. Sugar shouldn't be the first ingredient.
