Sun Gold is an extremely sweet variety of orange cherry tomato, and these preserves will almost fool you into thinking you're eating peach or apricot. Works great as a glaze on roasted meats, fish, and vegetables, with savory foods like goat cheese, and streaming down a short stack of buttermilk pancakes.
