NON LOCAL PRODUCE
Dates from Co-op Warehouse
These are the few produce items we source non-locally. Mostly that comes from our pals at the Co-op Warehouse Partners. They’re based in Minnesota, serve programs and co-ops like ours, and do the hard work of sourcing citrus and other non-local items many of us use throughout the year, as well as items local to them. The reality is that we don’t know where a lot of the citrus comes from, and we want to be clear about that! We do know that it is certified organic. We buy this stuff and figure you might enjoy the convenience of it, as well as the opportunity to support the little guy when purchasing non-local items. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
